Seth describes YBT's approach in working with public and private sector partners to equip young people with the knowledge and skills needed for this rapidly changing environment. He also discusses YBT's research on youth development, its knowledge platform, and the impact of COVID-19 on YBT’s work and the youth development sector.

Seth Mulli, Executive Director of the Youth Bridge Trust (YBT)

Seth has ten years of experience in the youth development space. He is the owner of The Collective, a community of creatives helping NGOs make an impact in social media. He is the host of The Mentorship Challenge, a television show with over two million viewers that features local leadership luminaries. Along with his wife, he is co-founder of Will & Heart, an international volunteer travel company, focused on telling the stories of African NGOs, through film, design, and branding. Recently he completed the GIBS Social Entrepreneurship Program sponsored by RMB. In Seth’s view, if business doesn’t pay it forward, it will be left behind.

Youth Bridge Trust is a grantmaking organization based in South Africa working to create collaborative opportunities for young people in Africa to succeed through entrepreneurship, livelihood skills, and education in the future of work.
